At Bzalani.com, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and credit the purchase price to your account within 30 business days.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must not be damaged due to customer error.
  • The package must include a tracking code.
  • You must notify us of the return in advance.
  • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Include pictures and a description of the damage. If we confirm that the product arrived damaged, we will refund 100% of the product price.
If you fail to notify us within 3 days, we will not be able to process a refund for the damaged product.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at Support@bzalani.com to initiate your return. We will send you a return form.
1. Order number
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in case of breakage
4. First name + last name of the customer
5. Address of the customer

Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you have asked us to do so. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Step 2: Ship Your Order
Send the items along with the return form to the address provided by our support team. Ensure the package includes a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within 5 business days and credit the purchase price to your account.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you
who is not the carrier has received or accepted the last goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Bzalani by means of a clear declaration (Support@bzalani.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Record for shipments in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.

In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

Return Policy for Electrical and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, hygiene-sensitive items such as hair straighteners, curling irons, and other electrical appliances cannot be returned if they have been used or come into contact with your hair after delivery.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
