Key Responsibilities

As our Customer Service Representative & Social Media Creative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer support and creating engaging content for our social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service Duties:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Assisting customers with product questions, order updates, and returns
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues
  • Managing customer feedback and offering insights to improve products and services

Social Media Creative Duties:

  • Developing and creating engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, including posts, stories, and ads
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and promotional campaigns
  • Creating eye-catching, on-brand graphics, videos, and social media ads to attract and engage our audience
  • Managing our social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates
  • Analyzing social media performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement
  • Staying on top of social media trends and integrating them into content strategies
  • Working with influencers and brand partners to create engaging promotional content

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or social media content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics using social media tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising on Facebook and Instagram
  • Passion for creativity, design, and engaging with customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
